Ladang Lima has made their home in the foothills of East Java's Mount Bromo Volcano, where they can be as close to their Cassava farmer partners as possible. Their range of healthy biscuits, pastas, noodles and free-from flours are all made from the root of the Cassava (Yuca) Tree. Cassava Flour is naturally gluten free and a safe alternative for people with nut sensitivities.
